About MySEGA

MySEGA is a site that has existed for a few years now, but only recently have I actually done anything with it. What you see on this site is a collection of what I own, this site is more than a site, to me it's a database that helps me keep track of what I own, and in what condition.

MySEGA also has a sister site, called RadioSEGA which until November was a sub-site of MySEGA, now it has it's own domain and can be found at RadioSEGA.net

I hope you enjoy browsing my collection and find some items you thought never existed, in future I will adding extra content in a new section that will be dedicated to magazine scans of the Official Sega Saturn Magazine (UK) and the Official Dreamcast Magazine (UK).

If you would like to contact me, you can contact me using the form at the bottom of this page.

About Me

This is just a brief introduction about me. My name is Mark and I'm from the United Kingdom. I'm 22 years of age and I'm currently at the University of Central Lancashire studying Web & Multimedia Design, which is alright, but the cheap beer makes up for it. I also work for the videogame chain store Gamestation.

I've been playing SEGA since I was about 5 years old, I grew up on the Mega Drive, then I went away from SEGA and got a PSX and an Nintendo 64 (a Saturn was too expensive apparently), they were alright, but I got a Dreamcast in 1999 and I got back into SEGA gaming again, for a while at least... Sadly When the Dreamcast died, I got a PlayStation 2 which lasted a few months... I decided to give up on gaming after that.

During a boring jobless summer I got a Dreamcast again for a bit of nostalgia. I also soon got a Mega Drive again and a Sega Saturn, this was in 2003. Over the following 18 months I got a nicely sized collection, which I sold off bar the PAL Dreamcast software because I never had the space, and time for it all.

I started buying some stuff again in 2006, starting with an Dreamcast R7 for Christmas 2005. I soon caught the collecting bug again, but this time around I'm building a quality collection made up of Japanese hardware and software.
